Administrative Representative

Administrative representative acts as a primary contact point for all matters related to service agreement execution, including service orders initiation, termination and change as well as contact and other information updates. Administrative representative will be added to respective mailing groups in order to receive notification and information messages.

Network Operation Center

Primary contact for service issues, alarms and troubleshooting with extended working hours.

Billing Contact Person

Billing contact person receives digital copies of invoices, payment reminders, and is generally responsible for dealing with payment issues. Finance/Accounts Payable function.
